Our Hiring Process
OUR HIRING PROCESS
- Initial phone interview with a Project Manager.
- Follow up phone interview with hiring Manager.
- In-person interview with hiring team – hiring Manager & Principal.
- Selected candidates will be contacted directly by the hiring Manager and/or Principal with verbal offer.
- Once candidates accept verbal offer, a written offer is sent.
- First day on the job: team introduction, facility tour, team lunch.
- The beginning of happiness followed by possible joy overload.
