Our Hiring Process

OUR HIRING PROCESS

  • Initial phone interview with a Project Manager.
  • Follow up phone interview with hiring Manager.
  • In-person interview with hiring team – hiring Manager & Principal.
  • Selected candidates will be contacted directly by the hiring Manager and/or Principal with verbal offer.
  • Once candidates accept verbal offer, a written offer is sent.
  • First day on the job: team introduction, facility tour, team lunch.
  • The beginning of happiness followed by possible joy overload.
