ALTA Surveys

American Land Title Association Surveys are particularly precise topographic surveys and boundary surveys which certify to a property buyer that the physical evidence of any encroachments which could affect future usage and entitlements have been delineated, and that the boundary is precisely determined and traceable.  This type of survey is most commonly performed for commercial property and for particularly valuable residential sites.  The boundary and location of any buildings and visible encroachments are shown and certified, together with optional information determined in discussion with the client such as contours, parking and zoning.
